Read the offers yourself. The information is actually on their web page.
The BA has an annual fee. If you read these forums you know you can SM chase to ask to have it waved the first year. I don't know if people are successful. The offer is for 50K points for 2K in spending and $30k/CP bonus. Idon't know if anyone successfully got matched to the $20k/100k offer, but it's not automatically in the application.

I’m applying for my first amex and I’m not sure if I should go for starpoints or MR points. I mostly use my points for flights within the US and not usually for hotels. I was looking for a post that breaks down the pros and cons of both but couldn’t find one. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Your spending limit (credit limit) is determined by many things including income, credit history, etc. so there's no way to answer that.

Hi, I submitted to 3b from chase 1 said approved and the other 2 said We'll let you know of our decision through U.S. mail within the next 30 days. Please don't resubmit this application while waiting for our decision. is there any way to push the 2 to a approval ?
