data point --On chase ---got 3 chase cards apprvd ( 2 south west 50k an freedom ) -applied all three same day Nov 10 -- Last chase cards 2 in july  and 2 in june ---

also apprvd amx Nov 10 Mercedes B.- 50K --LAST AMEX 3 July

The 3 Chase cards this month --when i called  to check status --rep told me Chase policy only 2 cards in 30 days ----reps will only cause concern on your part --they do not know many many things

also on the freedom and so west had to move credit around --yet -- on the so west biz that was approved ("after" the  2 pers. cards --they gave me adt'l 10k )-- to --go figure!!

Bravo. Way to go. BTW What did you answer  to the question of needing so many cards ?

On another note if I use 2 browser method from 2 different computers on same ISP for the Chase Ink Bold and the MB plat any shot it will show as one pull. Even if it shows as 2 any advantage to doing it that way.

Just cancelled my Amex plat yesterday and going for those 2 using Dans links when I try

2/3BM is for different cards from the same issuer.

told them want to keep my  biz exp separate from pers exp RE 2 so west cards & ink card --- also told them i love chase service and now after i get these cards i will have moved most of my spending from AMEX to chase ,  chase has some some terrific tie ins with the ink / freedom/sapphire and  and a chase checking account that i have for 20 years - need my hyatt when i trvl need my sapphire when i am out of the country as no exchange fee etc

Then thats what i will do after first checking with Amex MR re eligibility

And I will use SPLP answer if/when asked by chase !

No. No freezing involved.

Then, presumably, the reports have already been pulled and calling back a few times should not make any difference. I find it exponentially harder to push through a second app on the second phone call, but I've done it.

In the case of freezing though, IME, each new call results in a new hard pull, so I'd endeavor to get them pushed through on the same call.

I called in the other day. did not have app# -- gave s.s.#--- he saw all 3 applications -- told me all in pending -- gave me app#--- made comment -- "chase only allows 2 cards in 30 days" -- u know the ending --got all 3 apprvd --- why does everyone worry about "they will see" if ur credit is ok why would they not want to approve , i assume at chase the right hand knows what the left hand is doing and can not fool them on credit worthiness

Even for one card it should make a difference because the previous call(s) might generate notes advising against approval.

When you do so you typically will only get 1 credit hit regardless of how many cards you apply for.
It also increases your odds of getting instantly improved for multiple cards as opposed to applying for multiple cards at separate times.
