Response to SM:The matched offer that was approved was 60,000 UR points after spending $5000. I did complete the $5000 threshold. I was signed up originally for the 50,000 UR point offer with a $10,000 spend but was matched for the 60,000 UR points offer after a $5000 spend. That is what was approved and promised to me by a customer service specialist,

Original SM:I had requested a match offer for the Ink Bold card that was 60,000 UR points after a $5000 spend. I was approved for this offer and received the 25,000 UR points after my first purchase and immediately received the 10,000 UR points the difference between 50K and 60K UR points after approval and was to receive the additional 25,000 UR points after I reached the $5000 spend threshold. I did meet this threshold on my last statement but was not credited with the additional 25,000 UR points. Please assist me with this matter. I have been a longtime loyal chase cardholder and have a chase banking relationship with checking, savings and credit cards through your institution.
