I usually wait just because im not in a rush...and worst comes to worst I call recon if I got denied.

Is there an advantage of waiting? Like then you wont necessarily have to move CL..they might give you more...but if you call right away the way to get approved is to move CL? Or am I totally wrong?

Wrong they don't always make you move CL

Its basically because when I do a app-o-rama I don't apply for the next card before the first is approved, so I have to call recon right away.

Also once its open with $5k...can i remove CL and the card will still stay open?

Lets say a 2BM got pending...so call for SP get approved call for second CC right after and they say denied so you offer to move CL from the SP that you just got approved for 5 minutes ago but that means the SP would have less than $5k CL....would that work?

1) some cards can be as low as $500 others will also need $5k.

2) you can't remove the credit line, but you can shift some of the credit over.

I don't which cards have what minimum credit lines. Someone else will have to chime in here.

Sapphire preferred INK Bold, Marriott Premier, are all 5k minimum
or at least thats what recon said but YMMV
