Just had a very pleasant flight ORD-AMM seat 1A (1C was empty so that was nice)
No issues at immigration (I wanted the stamp)  or at security.
Sitting in the Crown Lounge now awaiting flight to TLV.

How did their business class compare to others you’ve flown. I’ve seen availability on that route a lot. I actually booked Ord-TLV on Turkish instead because I though it would be better.

TK is definitely better than RJ in that there are by far more TK flights both to the US and to TLV. I once booked an RJ ticket on a BF sale, and had to give it up as changes would cost more than a new ticket, and even that would involve going via ORD from/to NY, as they alternate between AMM-JFK and AMM-ORD flights depending on the day of week (just like they alternate between AMM-HKG and AMM-KUL, though both stop in BKK).
I've been waiting over 5 years with bated breath for someone to say that!

What are their load factors to TLV (or from TLV) I would've assumed they used a small plane but its a nice size jet for this short route...

+1
I only booked it because I'm  sitting on a bunch of worthless AA mes.
First off it's 6 across a 789. Although they are staggered a bit for privacy, other carriers only have 4 or 5 across.
I sat in 1a and had 1c empty so no privacy issues for me.
Row 1 foot wells are considerably larger and have more space in general.
That said , seat was very comfy, a  bit tight fit sleeping but I did sleep about 7 hours.
I davened with my tallis and tefillin and had no issues.
Meals were from Emunah and nothing to write home about....

I've seen anything from an E190 (IINM) to a 787 on that route.

TK definitely better overall.

Once you fix it, you need to take off my "IINM" qualifier, as presumably, you fixed it with a level of certainty.

They operate 3 flights a day...one with the E190 and the rest with the bigger planes.

That may be true for the date you searched. They switch planes on that route very often.
I think that because it is such a short flight, they just throw whatever plane is available onto the route regardless of any load or fuel factors.

I recall seeing somewhere that they also send their aircraft to TLV for maintenance.

Booked my family on a few different dates in April. The TLV-AMM is on E190, A320, A321 and B787!

If I have a separate ticket RJ from TLV-AMM and then a flight with QR booked separately is an hour 50 minutes enough time to connect? Would RJ check my luggage through to the flight with QR?

I have not booked yet...I need it for this coming Sunday and I am nervous that I won't be able to merge them....Who would I call to merge? If they are both booked on miles would it be an issue?

AA does not show the flight from TLV-AMM only AMM-DOH it does not give the option to connect for some reason...BA shows the seats AA does not
