Yup! I initially asked them only to extend it for 30 days, they said they can't do that but they can reinstate the trail if I send in another screenshot.

I just noticed that although my Diamond trial was supposed to expire 10/31, it is actually still showing me as a Diamond member. Is this a mistake? Does it always look like this? See attached screenshot.....

p.s. I really should learn how to upload images... anyone care to tell me how?

Update: Before JEWDA shouts REPOST!!!!!, I just scrolled up and saw that this was already posted albeit without a screenshot. Did anyone call and confirm that they are actually still Diamond?

It happened to me as well a few months back when my Diamond trial expired... If I remember correctly it stayed at Diamond for another 3-5 weeks and then it came back down to Platinum

Just got matched using my Hilton Gold - thanx Visa. Sent them a screenshot showing 1,000 points and a stay that I didn't earn any points from.

If you apply for and are approved for one of those two CCs, you'll automatically get Hilton Gold in a month or two.

Actually your status at check in determines whether you get the diamond benefits . IIRC
the Suite reservation remains but the diamond benefits are YMMV

At the PH PARIS they usually honor the Diamond status that you had at time of making the res.
but it's good to Confirm this with Email and on check in
