I looked into the order to see what I can do for you and firstly, I see that when the order was placed by you, it was sold and shipped by Amazon, however, soon after the order was placed we no longer sold and shipped the mattresses. At this time it;s being sold and shipped by a company named "MattressFirstUSA" and we're currently trying to get the inventory from them in order to get your order out to you, however, I don't have information on my end as to when we'll get it from them. What will happen is, when we get the item, we'll send you an email asking if you still want it and based on your reply, we'll get it out to you or cancel the order. The alternative to this though, is that if you dont want to wait all that time, I can get the order cancelled for you instead. Due to the failure to fulfil this order for you I can apply a credit to you account as well, which I'll be glad to do for you if you like.
