You're best off browsing the forums, as your questions have been asked and answered and discussed and chewed over a gazillion times, or just common sense.
Call any recon number, you don't have to explain why, just insist you want to talk to a supervisor. The US ones are just easier to talk to and reason with IME, YMMV, but it's worth a shot IMHO.
