I requested to waive/prorate my $95. I canceled after 62 days.
I got following reply.

I regret I am not able to honor your request to waive or
prorate the $95 annual fee. The $95 annual fee is a valid
charge as part of the 100,000 miles enrollment bonus from
British Air.
