I filed a claim for a lost item. Amex is now requesting a satisfactory proof of loss document. What is that?

Receipt wouldn't be called a loss of product document. I will call, was just wondering if anyone has experience with this

Not sure what your asking, but they will cover up to what you put on the card. They'll ask for repair estimate first though.

Just reread your question - they will likely ask for the receipt. If it is itemized and says phone was free and charges were only for tax and activation, then
No

DPP isn't free device, it's just installment payments. He can always pay off device if he needs amex to cover.
Who do you think you are fooling? You think you are going to pull a quick one on your Creator? Good luck with that.

They are getting extremely annoying, every few days they ask me for just one more piece of document. Today they requested the sellers contact info, the question why can't they open their stupid eyes and see it's on the invoice that I sent them a month ago. I feel like they're just stalling the payout.
