I chatted with the rep and asked to keep them, the rep offered me a 40% discount if I keep them. I tried to explain why it made no sense as I received 1/36 of my order at which point he offered me a 50% discount if I keep the box of tissues i received, at which point I gave up, and just asked for a return label.

For all those complaining  about spending time with walmart chat, there is an easy way out, it takes 2 minutes to dispute the credit card charge and they dont require you to return the tissues... Plus Walmart will be charged a charge back for the dispute. Good Luck!
