Construction for cheap

I have someone (former employee which I have no more work for) who is good in small  construction jobs, like sheet rock and plaster/paint etc. If you need someone to e.i. fix up a basement, he might be a good worker for cheap, since he's desperate for work. (He's constantly texting me if I have work for him)
