Best Approach- Amex messed up offer

Hi all - I could use a bit of guidance.  I signed my parents both up for gold card offer when was $1,000 spend for 50k MR (I think through creditcard match website).  I just checked there accounts for them and they never got the 50k even though made the minumum spend - I assume Amex has them under different offer-  What's the best way of approaching this?  Thanks for any help.

A simple call posing as your parents would give you a better idea of what's going on.
