I subscribed to this little did I know I attached the wrong credit card so I got an email stating how much cashback I could have gotten.
  Seems pretty real.

A Chase Visa credit card. Supposedly any MasterCard works even easier. I've been getting a refund from the retailer (Kohl's, Best buy, Walmart, jet) and from my credit card.

Or only the United or Sapphire card?

I signed up for it. All of their claims make no sense...they are claiming they found things for cheaper when they must be referring to other items.
like if i bought a 5 pack of something, the make a claim saying the 1 pack is cheaper or something like that
deleted my account. too annoying

Cool trick: they'll keep on fillng claims even if you don't enter a card for the 25% payout. This might get fixed anytime though.

They track everything you buy for 90 days. I only shop online so that’s a lot of purchases.  If anything drops even for a day then they take the screenshot and file your claim.

and then they send you an email to finish the rest of the claim by submitting your Chase account or did you complete your Chase account with them that way they file it completely but you still get all the money without paying the 25% as you never linked a credit card on file to pay?
