Yea, it's automatic messages sent to anyone who didn't register a card. From my understanding they do not have the option to stop tracking for one account, or they are not bothering with it.

Every time I open the app now I’m getting a pop up message that to continue getting refunds I need to enter a payment method, and then received a very strongly worded email yesterday about how I no longer am getting refunds! I’ve gotten other emails in the past over the last few months but these seem like the real deal. Any data points on if they are catching on and my account actually will stop working now?

  Do you at least get the email saying you're missing x amount of money as you didn't update your payment method?

Got it once but sine then it’s just stopped working, like not even tracking products.

Earny is brilliant, it's saved me a nice amount of money already, the only issue I have is when I make a return earny still takes their 25% cut

Also the question is how much longer it'll continue as the cc companies are playing catchup & changing their policies as a result of their success

Amex doesn't work for this, only a card with price protection, like sapphire or United or the freedom's.
  Got back from freedom, United and sapphire a few $100.
 
  Don't know what swift is,I assume the same idea as earny, but never tried that app yet.

Many claims they make are on items which show a price in the email higher than I actually paid due to coupons, they’ve also made some claims ion orders which were cancelled. I had one item which they claimed they found a price $220 lower than I paid, yet the claim was never made for some reason - or it was & I don’t know what happened. Overall not impressed.

Ditto, I deleted my account just to stop getting the constant emails about adding a cc
If it's not free shipping it's not worth it.

Just got an email from chase, update to freedom card benefits.

We're adding Trip Cancellation/Interruption Insurance to your card. For trips booked on or after August 26, you can be reimbursed up to $1,500 per person and $6,000 per trip for your pre-paid, non-refundable passenger fares if your trip is canceled or cut short by sickness, severe weather or other covered situations.

Price Protection and Return Protection will no longer be available.

So that's another card removing the benefit as Dan said that will follow
