I want to fly to Paris after the tzom Tammuz on July 19th at night and stay there until july 22 or july 24 and from there go to Israel.
Whats the best way to do it with mileage?
I have Amex, AA and CO miles.

Thanks in advance!

The only direct flights (i think) cdg-tlv are elal which you can use aa miles or air france which you can use delta miles but you will pay for rt because dl doesnt do ow redemptions and you will pay a fuel surcharge because flight originates outside of the us

I found with AA,  30K miles from NYC-PAR and 20K miles from PAR-TLV (elal flight). Is that a lot?  Can i find anything with less miles?

To fly direct to TLV, as Monsey27 mentioned, and only on a OW ticket, you need to fly ElAl, and the 20K AA is your best option.
In terms of getting across the pond, you may be able to save a few thousand if you use CO, but I believe they also charge 30K.

Flying Blue charges 25k for coach from ny-tlv with a stop in Paris + taxes.
Is there any way to extend that stop to a 4 day stop in Paris?

Not on a oneway ticket.
What are the taxes? May be worth using FB for both segments separately.
