Upon arrival at Haifa Port, my buddies and I immediately regretted our decision of booking the cruise. The youngest person above the age of 10 was ~65 years of age. Apparently a group of approx 200 yemenite families accompanied us on our excursion. After much resistance, and a full day at sea, we decided to just roll with it - enjoy a ton of alcohol we sneaked on board and make the best of it. We ended up meeting other groups of people our age who were in the same predicament as us. So we bunched together and it went much better after that.
Greek isles were amazing. Rhodes was boring, Seros was solid, and Mykonos will be my next go-to destination - I fell in love with it the second we docked. We wanted to stay in mykonos and take our stuff off the ship but thanks to divine providence, we stayed on the ship and the funniest turn of events happened the last night we were on the cruise.
It was my first cruise so I can't really gauge it properly, but rooms were small (we had an interior) food was ample and looked great but tasted pretty bland. Ship was really small. Crowd made me turn into a sabra after 24hrs.. I even got stabbed in the ribs with a fork by an old lady trying to get at the buffet.
Perhaps ill make a trip report in the bear future b"h.
But to sum it up, i'd tell you to forgo the cruise and just fly to the greek isles instead.
