That's exactly what I'm looking for here.

My VZW plan isn't the unlimited plan, so no Canada roaming included, and other than the summer when my kids might go to camp in Canada, the VZW unlimited plan would cost me much more than what I pay now.

If it were for my personal use that would be a solution, but when it comes to [most of] my kids, that wouldn't work. It needs to be foolproof. Which I solved by borrowing a T-mobile SIM from a friend.

Case in point, recently had 160 Shekels added to my Golan bill because my son assumed that unlimited calls to the US, meant unlimited overseas calls, and allowed someone to use his phone for a half hour conversation to a mobile number in the UK.

Used this company a while ago,
If I remember correctly you will need a company name and EIN number to open the account.

I dont remember why I switched from them, I do remember I wasn't happy about something...

looks like any call from native dialer will be charged 0.20 per minute
