no.When you fill it out on line, they don't confirm how many cases.  But will give you the rebate for both.  On paper, the receipt  has the # of cases on it.

Seems that you can't use coupons any more on paper, rebate form states that minimum purchase price per case must be $46.99

(You could add other items to your cart, as they divide the coupon between all items, but then you don't get as much savings)

yes got the same. Contacted CS. They had error on their end and submitted the wrong rebate form. Annoying

I already spoke to them a few times and they overrided it and I keep on getting an invalid email. I guess I'm just going to return the paper.

I resubmitted as I wrote above. Just got the processing email last night with a status of validation complete.
