Anyone got their points forfeited after closing cards? I got warning from SM saying my xx,xxx point will be gone if account closed.

was it a generic from company SM, or one person writing on a SM?

Keep 1 card open if you did 2BM just to be safe?

I closed 1 card via SM and they replied with only this:

"Card is closed, AF is refunded. Have a nice day and we value you as a customer."

Why do you think they are misinformed. That seemed like it came from higher up and a CSR didn't make it up. They definitely are capable of clawing back the miles
