Instantly got approval for the first one with a CL of 12,500.
Got pending on the second ap. I called and they said they had canceled it as a "duplicate." I assured them that it was very much intentional (I like to keep utilization low. :D) She re-ran my 2nd ap and I got approved for 5k. I verified that it was the Visa Signature and she said yes it is. I said, great, then can you put 8,500 on one card and 8,500 on the other and I'll take 500 less total. She said no problem. I'm not sure what my strategy was.  ??? I just thought it made sense at the time.  ::)

Anyway, both cards approved. Thanks, guys!!!

It's ok. There are no 2 instant approvals. A duplicate doesn't mean anything because it's just like any other declined app that can easily be overturned. On the same day there shouldn't be any pull issues.
