I had a rep tell me the same thing. Instead I asked for a manager who waived the fee for me so I kept the Alaska card.

So they gave me a statement credit for the amount of the fee on one card, which I guess Ill keep. I'll update later if I get the fee back on converted ones (would be ironic if only got it on the fee card, not on the fee free card, no?), or else Ill just close them. thanks for your help.

Just spoke to a rep that said they will only take off the annual fee after i receive the new downgraded card - but i see that others got it waived immeidately, so which one is it?

Are you in a rush? If they say they will remove the fee for you, you should not have anything to worry about.

I got the fee waived on my first try via chat. Had to push a little but got it in the end.

Most likely will be the same as doing a 2/3/4BM.

Even if you get multiple pulls, you should not have too hard of a time consolidating those pulls.

How do u get them to merge them I called bofa & they refused 2 do it ..
