Both were not instant , called recon once and got both!

On my third call, rep approved my wife's second for 5k! Glad that I didn't give up. Second rep just repeated the first. Third did a quick job. Probably wanted to get home. I called right before close.
Rep told me of the 50k without asking.

I think that it's safe to say that they know what's going on.

Rep asked me on both of my first calls. They asked me why I applied. They want to know. Not a nefarious question. Of course I said what I wanted.

I also got A/Ad, and for the same reason as you. (It was probably the same company checks as well

)

They did it Amex style, and targeted everyone on that address.

I recently applied for another card, and they brought that up again. They wanted to see something, I forgot exactly what.

Additionally, I did take them up on their hard pull to reconsider, and it was a no go. Those guys in that department are as abrupt as they come.

Dude, you were right!
I called in to find out why application still says pending. I was transferred to the fraud department. They wanted to verify my identity with a million questions. Now, all is approved.
However, it still says pending on both.

BofA doesn;t seem to have too many reps. I've already gotten two people twice.
