I don't know if it's the only one. It's like the Arrival+ card, except you only earn 1.5x instead of 2x. Is many other differences as well, but the reason I switched was not for the benefits. It was because it was a free card.

Maybe it depends what time of the day if the agents know what they are talking about. On one call I was transferred to application dept and those guys don't know a word English.

 did 2bm, one approved right away, one after calling, they thought it was duplicate. funny thing is the day after the apps, appears a preapproved link at bofa.com. For this card. it is random or somehow applying triggered it ?

lets see if can churn before that link expires.

I don't think a "pre-approved" link really means anything.

I called to downgrade my cards today and the CSR said it will require a pull and was not sure whether it was hard or soft.
Should I assume he doesn't know what he is talking about and it is a soft pull?
It is for the cash rewards card
