Same here. They said it posts at statement close. Wait another 2 weeks. I don't think it has anything to do with the legitimacy of the business.

I don't understand some reps.

I asked to switch to Travel Rewards, chat rep said no way, no how could he change my card to anything.

Called on phone and request was submitted instantly and AF removed.

Why would the guy categorically deny something that is obviously their policy to allow?

I think they changed their policy that you can no longer downgrade to the better balance. However allother cards can be downgraded into like the travel rewards. Some reps just are confused.

For 2 personal cards will the bonus points post in 2 separate accounts? 
Also if i want to churn the cards or apply for my wife when replying can I get all the point in to the same account as the first cards? If so how  ???

Did you open an Alaska acct beforehand? Just enter your mileage # for all the apps.. If approved you will get the points pretty quick.. business cards take longer.. I havent gotten mine yet but I saw some paperwork that it can take a good few weeks.. Will update how long it took once it posts from approval to posting...

May be different accounts, but shouldn't have an issue combining your own accounts. May not work for wife.
