If I apply for another AS card within two weeks of my last card will they need to pull my credit?

How long does it take for application status to change in the link in the wiki. I got approved for one card, pending on 2 and declined for 1.  The only app that Is updated is the declined one.It's still saying that my apps are under review for the other 3.
