The problem is your dispensing advice all over the place. You are giving people false reassurances that all is well if they "just fight back". IINM you aren't any closer to having your 90k reinstated, than when you started out. Yes, we know that you threatened to sue, and filed complaints. You are doing a great disservice by telling people "all will be well if you fight back" without solid concrete proof to back it up!

They either reinstated your points or they didn't. It seems you are saying they did.
But as far as their monetary claim, how do you know they dropped that?

update:

My account shows restored with 58k miles but the 90K miles is missing and am on phone. Alaska canceled my flight for which I used 90K miles. Remmeber they demanded me $4400 cash and I said NO.

I emailed them with legal action if they don't reopen my account.
They have yet to receive my CFPB complaint.

I will take action until they reopen my account with all the miles I had and send me a letter or confirmation stating they wouldn't shut down, cancel any future awards.
UPDATE:

Spoke to a supervisor and she says she can just research later.

I once again threatened legal action and told her this would be my last option if my miles is not returned & account fully restored

So which is it, where you successful in the end or not? You seem to be going back and forth.

@peace123 I was following your story with great interest and suddenly you start giving vague posts as oppose to the solid factish ones in the beginning.
I will add I appreciate you fighting even tho I never applied for any of these cards. (I do plan on it soon)

It's not a matter of appreciating the fight or not. There are real people that lost real points out there. If you are going to report a story and it's outcome that may have a significant impact on other people's decision report it all the way or not at all. (Unless you have a particular reason to keep it quiet, then just say so. Like I said before stringing people along with vague reassurances isn't helping anybody.)

AJK, you've seen a lot of contracts (I assume.) Do they ever say something like: "...may not disclose terms of this agreement however may anonymously drei a kop on an Internet forum"?
