A friend of mine got a call that he must verify his income after being approved for 2 cards.

Looks like many (relatively) double apps are being flagged by the system for fraud or income.

Yes Got approved, checked link and saw awaiting approval.
So I called and was transferred to fraud department... And everything went fine.
They just asked a few questions... Nothing much.

They really ask a lot. I had to give a course to my wife beforehand. Luckily, I was also flagged, so I knew what they are asking. No chance of someone without access to your credit report passing.

Application was denied.

I opened one as part of my October AoR.

Approved on the phone with recon. This with close to ten pulls in the past quarter, and an existing Alaska Visa card with them.
