not returns but I had to show a EIN or so.. I dont remember the exact thing they asked for but I have a few legit business & I was asked.

Wierd. I called BofA Biz cc number 1800-673-1044 2 times today.
1st time a man spoke to me, he said his name is "Courtney" then a lady spoke to me and she said her name is "Robert".
