Can't hurt but it'll probably be flagged as a duplicate, you'll have to call recon.

There's a link for 30k plus $100 for personal and 30k for biz, try DoC I think he has them.
One of each won't get flagged.

If have 1 open personal, should I cancel first before applying for another?
What are chances of getting 2 personal cards?
Possible for 2 personal and 2 biz?

Don't close imo. Yes you can have more than 1 at a time.

I just went to close a Alaska Personal card which has the annual fee coming due at the close of my upcoming statement. (BOFA sends out notices a few months before they charge it).

I called BOFA for retention - of which there was nothing. In any event, they said that if I wait for the AF to be billed, they won't be able to refund me my AF. New rules from Alaska... DROPR? Sounds sketchy to me. Makes sense and sounds in line with the first year due to open/close (and the bow tie guy) but on the second year? I guess they don't need to prorate anything - legally - but sounds like bad practice.

I closed it to avoid any issues. I've never gotten a retention offer on one of these products anyways.

DROPR for sure. Just closed one after the AF posted - they even let me close with a balance of 75.

Any idea when the miles post for the 30k + $100? I spent the 1k last month and got the statement credit, but no miles posted to AS account yet.

Check the statement - you should see the points there + any spend you did on the card... It can take 7 days to hit your AS account.

30k business seems standard
https://www.bankofamerica.com/smallbusiness/credit-cards/products/alaska-airlines-business-credit-card//

also, as per FT, "Credit Enquiries for Personal cards come from BofA. Enquiries for business cards come from FIA. Credit bureaus usually merge enquiries from the same requester made on the same day. Enquiries from BofA and FIA will not be merged."

is this a known fact? seems wrong that ppl suggest doing pers and business on same day.

That is correct. BofA pulls TU (in NY) for the business and EX for personal. Definitely do not merge.

is there still any other advantage of doing business and personal at the same time?

Trying to close some of my AS cards and transfer CLs, they're insisting it's a pull to do so.  Is that accurate?  Will those pulls look like a new card app to Chase for purposes of 5/24?

It's YMMV if they can do it without a pull but it won't be a new account just another pull, totally irrelevant for 5/24

I just did it, and was not told anything about a hard pull.
