Dead. I tried it on other computer, browsers, cleared cookies etc.

do not do that. That has been known to cause issues. Keep the card for a year then close

I was referring to my 2nd AF. I have the cards a year already!

Just got a mailing from AS to apply for card. It doesnt say pre-approved or the other language re: offer to apply for credit. It says you will get either Signature card or Platinum based on credit and income but nothing else. Is it a pre-approved app or just a regular app?

Again, it doesnt have laguage you normally get in mailers. At least not language im used to seeing. Dont want to waste a pull on a denial.

Anyone have any experience applying for the Alaska card and putting someone else's Mileage Plan # on the application? Do they check the names/addresses? I I would need the points from my wife's bonus to credit to my account to make a trip....

I got an Alaska card in 2015 and canceled it when the AF came due after a year. Last year I got another one. I also got a business card earlier this year. Now my AF is due on the non-business card. What's my best strategy for avoiding the AF and keeping my miles? Should I just cancel it, wait a while and get another one?

I called and got an excellent retention offer, 2500 miles plus a $50 statement credit if I spend $1500 within 3 months. They also offered me 0% APR balance transfers, but since there's a 3% fee I declined.
