She confirmed that it was just the Visa Platinum, as they'd already approved me for one Signature, they "couldn't" do another. I explained to her how the Signature has benefits I was really interested in, such as their concierge services. (See this chart: http://usa.visa.com/personal/cards/benefits/index.html) After a brief pause, she approved me for the second one at 5k CL!

One lesson I learned: HUCAing can be greatly enhanced with a little Dale Carnegie.

They told a friend of mine, that if you spend 500 dollars in the first 90 days, that you get a 100 dollar refund.

Very strange.

Does anyone also have the following problem?

Status by online (https://www.bankofamerica.com/application-status/credit-cards/app-status-form.go?request_locale=en_US) shows application approved.
Status by phone (BOA Phone automatic status check:   800-546-6649) shows application pending.

Another question:
The online status checking doesn't show the CL.
How can I check the credit line of approved cards without talking to a live agent, to make sure I got the VISA SIGNATURE card instead of the lower versions?

Thanks guys.  Mrs. PBaruch was just approved for the 50k offer.  Unfortunately I did a 2BM a few months back for a total merely 50k and they wont match the offer to my account.
