Both the English and Spanish recon numbers go to the same call center! I just tried HUCAing with the Spanish number and I got the same guy I spoke to earlier calling the English line!

You have to write down the names when you call recon so when they pick up you shouldn't get the same person.

Cos I got fee waiver by agent that's why if i still close within 60 days they may not give me fee refund. Maybe I will just pay my bill except the $75 and call to cancel and ask them remove the fee during closing?

Moving credit lines will require a hard pull.

Hey, I have a question about merging pulls and getting 3 cards approved:

I applied for 3 Alaska Cards. All of them are in a pending state. Should I call the recon line about each app one by one or should I call about all 3 / about two and then about the last one? I don't know if calling individually will result in three non-merged pulls.

makes no difference, will merge regardless. whatever you feel more comfortable with

Thanks. I was just worried about a couple things:

1. If I call about each app one by one I might get approved for a huge credit line on the first call and then and subsequent calls not approved for at least 5k and not get the signature version of the card. I don't know if BofA would be willing to move my CL around in this case.

2. If I call about 2 or 3 at a time they might tell me they are duplicates and decline the additional apps. I actually spoke to a customer service rep (not recon since they're closed on the weekend) who told me that they only did one pull and that apps #2 and #3 didn't go through cause they are duplicates. I suspect the csr was wrong since now I can see all 3 of my apps online in a pending state.

I don't see any credit pulls from BofA yet actually. Maybe they'll make the pulls when I call recon?
