i did 4bm, they already approved me 2 cards for 5k each (visa sig.), so can't extend any more credit. 731 score from experian, and i've been hitting it up a lot recently. makes sense i guess

1. I don't know, just my experience. The past churn, a couple of reps mentioned that I just had the card, and closed it etc. I just came up with a reason why I'm doing that.

I did 4bm got approved for 1 with 16k cl. Recon said can't extend anymore credit and I believe you want the signature with 5k cl for the 25k miles. So I took only 3. Logged in online to activate cards today and I see 4 Alaska cards

Good chance they just extended the credit anyway. I've had that twice with BOFA already. They told me they were going to split the credit from one card onto the next one. They just added the credit to the second card and left the first full line of credit intact.

I called them within a week of them shutting down,  and they were less helpful than the reg reps. Could be they realized we were taking advantage,  and did not appreciate it.
