Applied this morning, instantly approved. Applied again an hour ago, said under review. Called recon, lady said 2nd app had been auto rejected for duplicate. She was skeptical about needing 2nd card, so I explained that I need 2 cards for pers./biz., also threw in that I am switching to Alaska's program instead of Delta (which is true, I don't condone lying). That did the trick. She confirmed some info about my balances at other banks, then approved me, and confirmed bonus.

Very very good chance it was Visa Sig. They approve almost everyone for 5k+
