Was not able to get the fee waived on the second card, so just closed it. (First card was converted to Better Balance and fee refunded - after arguing) Didn't have the koach to deal with the second one.

How did u get them 2 waive 4 bb card? I tried 4 times..

I downgraded to a better balance over a month ago, and the $75 refund posted by itself a few days ago.

You: no I have 2 cards that I received from bofa that came with an annual fee, when i was made aware of this I said I did not wish to pay the annual fees,I was told that if I were to downgrade to a non-fee card then the fee will be waived.I did so and the fee is still there
You: incidentally , when i told my cousin this story he said he got the same card and when the fee hit was told to downgrade card if he did not wish to pay

You: isnt that ridiculous that I should have to close my existing better balance card to apply for a new one so I can end up with the same card just without the fee from another card?!!? What is the logic in that?

Did you ever notice how long it takes them to reply? I feel like they have a few chats going on at the same time.
