Who cares if it was a stupid mistake or smart mistake or complicated mistake?
You know how many services out there charge you for the dumbest easiest jobs?
Its not about how complicated it is.
Its about knowing whether or not it's complicated, and having the knowledge and experience to deal with it.
For the person on the receiving end, it's an error that's costing them money/affecting thier mortgage approval.
They don't care if it's small or big or stupid. They are willing to pay the same price to have it removed, no matter which level it falls into.
To them its all the same - it's an error that they have no way of removing on their own.
