There are cases on CB about it. In that same thread the Admins talk about it. Timeframe is anyone's guess.

Tell them to take five minutes and write a good will letter. That one is on the house. 

Last time I tried that, this was their response
" What's that? How do I do it . .. oh, can you do it for me? Where do you send it to. . .oh, can you send it for me? What's the next step after that? How do I know if it was accepted. . .oh do you mind keeping tabs on it.. .etc, etc."


And that's why people charge for their services. Believe it or not, for every single thing in this world there are people that are willing to pay to have someone do everything for them.

That's what service companies are for!! I file corporations... Can you do it on  your own? Yes, it's fairly simple once you know how do it, but if you don't have the experience in this field and the time, let someone else do it and pay the service fee!

If you've never heard of a service business before, I'm sure someone there will tell you about that stuff (E.G. plumbers, electricians, attorneys, accountants, exterminators, credit repair agencies, and the list goes on and on. . . )

If people pay for a whole food produce butcher to basically cut their veggies (I kid you not) why wouldn't they pay for credit repair.
