A Car from a rental place which got a small damage what can be done?

If he has his own car insurance policy, most cc's won't cover him, because it's only secondary coverage.

But the Chase SR, BA and United all have primary insurance.

Primary in countries where your own car insurance won't cover you.  Otherwise, secondary. ( But not in Ireland, Israel and Jamaica.)
