A charge put through Paypal Digital Gifts on 10/30 was only given 1 point per dollar instead of 5.

Does this category still count for the bonus?

They switched it to only MC Ink? I have been using the Visa one with them as recently as 10/19 and it went through as bonus category.

No, these cards used to be MC, they switched over to Visa in the past few years.
