For 20 bucks to Rome, I'll stand the whole flight. I've paid more for a Megabus before. I got a "good" deal a few years ago when I paid $350 RT TLV-FCO.

For the record...that's where prices start, the chance of you getting it at that price are probably slim.
Either way I'd gladly pay more than $20 to sit on my comfy sofa at home and give up a trip to Rome with Ryanair.
