Checking Account - Help me find the one that best suits my needs.

I live in Israel and currently use Ally for my primary US banking needs.  As they are completely online, they are pretty well suited to someone based overseas.  I have one major problem with them, their procedure for outgoing wires.  Wires are submitted online and then go through multiple layers of approval by departments that are not reachable.  As a result I have had wires delayed more than 24 hours.

I am looking for a bank that has free checking, is manageable 100% online, and does wires over the phone.  Mobile deposit is a plus.  A good P2P portal is a plus.

Chase is going to start charging me for my CPC accounts so I gotta move to another product or bank.

I can meet the direct deposit requirements at most banks for their regular checking accounts, though most of them don't come with free checks and waived ATM fees, and other goodies.

Additionally, I have a dormant Schwab checking account and am eligible for USAA.

Anyone else going through this and can offer tips?

chase has free checks for 15k and up free atm would need 75k
