I'm sure this info is somewhere but I am having trouble finding it.
My brother is coming in from Israel and needs a car rental for six days from Chicago to Jfk. He has no American licence and obviously no american car insurance.
My questions:
1. I made him an au on my amex. What can he buy from the car rental company that the amex card won't cover?
2. Same question if I buy the amex premium insurance.
3. Obviously the whole thing is one gamble but what are the concerns?
