Just FYI:
I received an email that my renewal is coming up next month. I clicked "cancel" on the website and they automatically offered me 2 months free.
Check your bill. I did that as well, and was charged. And got this in an email
"Thank you for contacting CLEAR!
We saw that you've requested a 2-month extension, but your membership has since been renewed. At this time we are not able to give any further extensions.
You can manage and view the details of your membership by visiting my.clearme.com .
If you've never logged in, please use your email address associated with your membership and press "Forgot Password" to create one.
