Should this little wiki be opened for all to view? I don't see why not, I'll just restrict those who can edit it

Awesome for anyone that lives in a gateway city. Free domestic trip every time you book an international one. Think Hawaii...
Can you elaborate?

For RT awards,

US: One stopover OR open jaw.
Aeroplan: One stopover AND an open jaw OR 2 Stopovers.
Delta: One open jaw AND one stopover.
ANA: 4 Stopovers (max 1 per city) AND an open jaw.
Asiana: 4 stopovers and an open jaw.

Regarding ANA; Is it 2 in each direction or a total of four per ticket. How are taxes on the inta europe or intra Asia flights?

Can you elaborate?
Say you live in NY and are booking a booking JFK-LHR-JFK.
Being that a ticket is valid for a year and a stopover is allowed in the gateway city (in this case JFK), you can book an extra leg onto Hawaii for any date within the year.
Changes are free, so subject to availability, you can change it to the date that fits you.
To return home you can book a one way ticket or if you are planning another award on AA you can do the same in reverse.
And you have yourself a free ticket to Hawaii.
Obviously, the destination can be changed to anywhere in America, Hawaii is only an example.

So it really is only a free one way per international RT? Is this only on AA?

Assuming you mean One-Way award and not OneWorld award you can only stop at the North American gateway.

Yes.
Of course on a OneWorld award you can have as many stops as you want.
And on a JFK-TLV-JFK award you can add on JFK-HNL for free for a later date that you use, change the date for free on, or throw away.

I'm confused. You can have as many stops, as long as they are NA Gateways?

AA/Partner Award Chart: 1 stopover at the NA gateway city.
OneWorld Chart: Up to 16 stopovers.

I'm a little confused. How many stopovers does BA allow?
Unlimited, up to the patience of the phone agent.
