If using BA. Just book as seperate flights, it'll cost the same because they charge per leg anyway.

JAL will let you do it. But it's probably easier just to book with BA.

For USAirways can you route through Tlv to Europe as destination for it to be 35 off peak instead of 80k? Is Jan 15-feb of 2016 off peak?

Can M&M stop over on a one-way? I feel like I've read that you can't, but wiki says yes?

Also AA no stop overs on RT awards- correct?

You can book 2 separate awards and make your own stopover. Sometimes you'll even come out ahead if you can take advantage of offpeak pricing.
