Author Topic: Stopover Rules Master thread (Read 97575 times)

Flipping is a possibility, but probably won't be practical. This is a Frankenstein trip combining Lizensk and mekomos hakdoshim with a 3 day Icelandic photography marathon (non-stop shooting and driving, not touching a bed).I don't see how I could do Iceland first.

Not to mention that each half is with different people, which makes it even more confusing to flip.

How should I plan a trip. I am starting out in TLV. I to be in Chicago 10/31 morning till 11/4. Hnl for a couple days. Want to make a stop over in Cle sometime during the trip and MEM. Anyway to fit this all in on one trip. Assuming I get availability. How would I go about this..

You only get 1 free stopover but you can have more connections if they're under 24 hours and you get 2 open jaws to play with.

Open jaw I can stay in ORD for 4 days, then fly out of MKE-HNL, would that be a stopover or Open jaw?

So some suggestions how I should plan this trip. TLV-ORD (for weekend)-HNL (stover) -ORD(For weekend)-TLV

Would this basically not happen, not allowed? Anyway to get around this?

Technically, as Dan said, you're only allowed one SO on a RT.

So you could do:

TLV-ORD(stopover for a week)-HNL(destination)
HNL-ORD-TLV

If i make a ticket on UA TLV-ORD(stopover)-LAX(destination)-TLV and after I fly to ORD I decide to change my destination can I change the destination or does that Need to stay the same? Also can I change open jaws or dates on a stopover, destination ticket?
