real cost of switching from sprint to verizon

Hi - I have sprint here in Cleveland with many discounts. (27% employee and free incoming pick 5 and 500 bonus minutes) I have 4g which I tether with pdanet and using the 69.99 plan end up paying around $60 a month.
Now lately I keep on dropping calls - never worked well in my house -  and 4g has gotten spotty.
Trying to figure out what a similar plan with unlimited data would cost on Verizon. Also are you able to tether without any extra charges?

Do you have pageplus out there? it uses verizon towers, yet for cheaper

FYI Pageplus is based in OH, but to the OP: Do a search! Its been dicussed several times (you can just browse through the threads they are very recent!).

I know but I need data because I tether and pageplus has very limited data.
