Neither. It's some garbage from China so they are actually making good money on it. As for the picture you posted they charge $10.97 shipping for a free products, I pay less to ship much heavier things cross-country, so I'd say they almost break even on it for advertisement.

so now they have a real paypal email account, and maybe one day down the road you will receive a "real fake" email from paypal asking you to login in your account and check a balance, but in realty you will connect on their website and just give over your password ..

It's not a secure page, so would be sketchy to enter my payment information , and they're trying to copy Geox website which is weird in my opinion, while they do have a decent amount of shoes for decent prices.
