Is anyone heading out to anywhere interesting to see totality on the 21st? Where to?

Also has anyone ever traveled on a plane attempting to bring a sealed lead acid (SLA) battery. (Specifically the Celestron Telescope Power Tank). Success or Failure in getting it through security?
